On behalf of the Executive Body Committee, I am pleased to announce that Delhi Warrier Samithy is holding the Annual General Body Meeting-cum-Onam Celebrations on 20th September 2009 (Sunday) at Neelkanth Hall at the Community Centre at IIT Campus. All members are requested to grace the occasion with your presence with family members.
Prizes will also be disbursed to children and members for those who excelled in sports events held during Annual Sports Meet conducted earlier this year.
Proficiency prizes will also be given to children for 10th & 12th Standard who had scored the highest marks. All members are requested to courier / post their children’s mark list to the below mentioned address to reach us before 18th September 09.

The Drawing competition for children would be held from 9:30 AM. Members who wish to have their children participate in the drawing competition are requested to be present at the hall by 9:15 AM. We express our inability to include any children for the drawing competition who arrive after 9:30 AM. The required drawing papers, sketch pens and drawing pencils may be brought along with the children.
Cultural programmes organized by elders and children would begin by 10:30 AM.
Sumptuous meal in traditional Kerala style on banana leaves will be served for lunch.
We would also be highly grateful to members, if they could pay up the Membership charges for the year 2009-2010 during the occasion.
